Do you have a specific pain, weakness, or imbalance you'd like to address? Maybe you've avoided yoga because of discomfort or fear of injury. Don't worry—we'll find an approach that works for your body. Using my knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy, I'll design a personalized yoga practice to meet your needs.
