Don't worry—we'll find an approach that works for your body. Using my knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy, I'll design a personalized yoga practice to meet your needs.

Online Private Sessions

Rate: $75 per 45 minute session
In-Person Private Sessions
I also offer in-person private yoga sessions in your home or at a studio in downtown Northfield.
