A few times each month, I offer online yoga classes focused on specific anatomical themes. These sessions address common movement patterns that often lead to injury—patterns I frequently observe in the clinic. By improving these patterns, we can enhance daily movement and build resilience against injury.

Over time, using our arms in an asymmetrical way affects the symmetry of the spine, as well as the range of motion of our neck and shoulders.
In this class we will bring awareness to this imbalance and work toward symmetry with our yoga practice, freeing up the neck and shoulders.

Strength and Stability is a gentle yet powerful fusion of yoga, Pilates, and resistance training designed to help you build muscle safely and improve overall movement quality. We'll start with stabilization work to activate your deep core and prepare your body, then progress to strength exercises using dumbbells and a resistive band.
This blend of mindful movement and strength training is perfect for anyone wanting to get stronger without strain, enhance stability, and move with greater ease in everyday life.
