I offer public and private yoga classes tailored to improve movement and support whole-body wellness.
A few times each month, I offer online yoga classes focused on specific anatomical themes. These sessions address common movement patterns that often lead to injury—patterns I frequently observe in the clinic. By improving these patterns, we can enhance daily movement and build resilience against injury.
Drop-in rate: $10 per 1-hour class
