Daisy Christopherson earned a clinical doctorate in physical therapy in 2003 from the University of Minnesota. She has additional training in manual therapy, muscle energy technique, Movement System Impairment Syndromes, pelvic/core stabilization and pilates.
Daisy attended yoga teacher training at SunMoon Yoga Studio and was certified through Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) in 2006. She teaches anatomy for Heartwork Yoga Teacher Training School. She has lectured on posture, movement and yoga for local groups, high schools and St. Olaf College.
Daisy works as a physical therapist at Northfield Physical Therapy, an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Northfield, MN.

Outside of work, Daisy loves spending time outdoors with her husband Michael and children Bella (5) and Nilo (2). You might find her camping, trail running or pulling her kids around in a bike trailer.
